Just a very fast explaining
HOW TO ALLOW JOIN REQUESTS
HOW TO ALLOW GALLERY SUBMISSIONS
Since when you first make a group it won't allow any join requests or gallery submissions, you need to set up everything.
It's just the really important part, to allow these two stuffs in your group.
Go to manage members and choose the role to edit (such as members or the group admins)
Like on the example click on members,
The first line is the "on home, members" where you can allow people to join your group. Choose automatically approved or subject to vote . If You chose subject to vote you will have the chance to accept or decline member joins.
For this, don't forget to set up how many vote will it need to accept or decline a member "votes needed"
To allow people to submit any deviation go to "on gallery, members"
If You have more than one folders you need to set up all of them. If You have just the featured folder just simply click on
"automatically approved" or "subject to vote" (chose a number how many votes needed)
More folders: click on "Show all folders". It will show you a list of your folders and you can edit them all to "automatically approved or subject to vote"

how to approve an submission art request... ? can anybody share this information , i got a message on my new group of- art pending to get approval ... message , how do i accept it .. my group is small and i really fixed on maintaining the idea of why i created the group , i dont want to mess it up so want most of the controls by myself , i can add my photos and something i call my art to the category i created in my gallery . and i can add the art of different artist to favorite folder but on submitting the art to a specific category , i just get a message in my group of art pending for approval , how to approve it and place it in the specified folder is what i want to know ... if some body knows please share the knowledge with me ..
