It was about to design a balenagon.

I was in hurry because the deadline is tomorrow. So I didn't make background with pencils.
I used my new pencils to do my balenagon. Prismacolors. Background with PhotoFiltre (old version, very bad)
Name given by my brother (he said Sir Leopold from Dragon Quest.. oh well)

Balenagon species are belong to *Felizz

Information:

Name: La Leonita
She lives in an ice cave, all around water. She doesn’t swim a lot in her days but around once a week she goes on a trip and swims miles away from her home just to get her favourite food: coconuts. Balenagons can catch big fishes, but she rather likes noshing smaller fishes. To catch the fishes her body helps her: She has photophores as bait wich are grown on her back and her tail. The aqumarine stripes also glow when she’s in underwater. They can be very bright if she’s in truble and wants to protect herself. She can’t use them as weapon but she can act dangerous with them.
She likes laying on the sun or sitting and watch the sky and the water. When she lays on the ice for a long time her body become a little pale looking. Her black body turn out grey. She’s very slow when she’s out in the sun for a longer time.
La Leonita is’t too old but she’s a mother. She have 3 eggs in her icecave. Balenagons left their eggs as they laid them but she doesn’t do it. Her bigger reason is because she likes her home and she never leaves it just for a little while and when she on her trip to find coconuts.
As her boys hatch they will go and live their own lives.
La Leonita likes silence and she doesn’t like male balenagons. She protects her own territory when she needs. However she isn’t a mad one.

You can see her mark on her forehead in the first block. It's white, I didn't want to make her difficult.
I like the black and aquamarine colour combination. I used it before if You remember my character Fransisco.
She have the aquamarine texture just on her left part of her face, the right one is black. Eyes are green.
Her texture reminds me of a marble tabby. However It's just two stripes on her back and one half in every side. And some on her leg. Every pawpads are white, her backfeets are also white.
She's the bigger sized balenagon.


What is photophore:
photophore A luminous organ, modified from a mucous gland, that is found in the skin of fish. Rows of photophores are present in many deep-sea fish, which apparently can produce flashes of blue-green to orange light at will. The photophores secrete a compound which glows when activated, or contain colonies of phosphorescent bacteria.
